1.1 New clients are required to pay for goods and services before delivery is made. A 30% deposit before commencing a job and 70% balance on completion, prior to delivery. For projects that are spread over several months, a deposit of 50% may be asked, combined with intermediate payments.
1.2 Deposits are non-refundable.
2.1 All invoices are subject to our 10 day payment terms.
2.2 If payment is not made within 10 days and no alternative arrangements are made, further services may be restricted until the outstanding invoices are paid in full.
3.1 In the case of website projects or other large projects, we will specify and require a progress payment arrangement to be made.
3.2 Payment is required at milestones where approvals are required for work completed.
4.1 If a project is delayed for a period exceeding 14 days for any reason, Manillion Enterprise reserves the right to collect payment for all work and goods or services purchased by Manillion Enterprise on behalf of the client up to the point at which the delay occurs. All work will remain the property of Manillion Enterprise until the project is either completed and paid for in full, or simply paid for in full.
4.2 The client is responsible for advising Manillion Enterprise in writing of any delays of more than 14 days on any project.
4.3 If a project is delayed by the client for a period of more than 14 days, an interest charge may apply at a weekly rate of 10% for the balance of the project value that remains outstanding.
5.1 All quotations are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of the quote only. After this time Manillion Enterprise reserves the right to revise the quotation and associated costs and a new quotation may be required.
5.2 In order for the job or order described in the quote to proceed, Manillion Enterprise requires the quotation to be signed, dated and returned by an authorised representative of the company by email or regular mail.
5.3 Once the quotation is accepted and a job proceeds, the client agrees to Manillion Enterprise’s payment terms and is liable for deposits and progress payments as specified.
6.1 Unless otherwise stated or agreed, all creative concepts and artwork remains the Intellectual Property of Manillion Enterprise.
6.2 Our policy is to supply final artwork in the form of PDF for print, EPS for logos or HTML and JPEGs for web for the purpose of fulfilling the brief supplied. This does not include supplying any raw artwork files to the client at any point before or after completion of the project. Raw artwork files may contain information about techniques that are unique to our studio and are part of our service offering that is different to our competitors and therefore protected.
6.3 If raw artwork files are required by the client, the requirement should be stated in a written brief before the project is quoted, completed and delivered and will attract an additional fee.
6.4 Manillion Enterprise may consider supplying files to the client after the project is completed. An additional release fee may apply.
6.5 Manillion Enterprise reserves the right to not supply raw artwork files.
6.6 Fonts carry individual copyright and licensing terms. At no point may fonts be supplied to the client for any reason that may breach copyright or licensing terms. Clients may request fonts if the font has been purchased on their behalf specifically for a project.
7.1 Warranty period for all websites is 3 months in which time we will fix all bugs and errors free of charge. Standard charges apply thereafter, unless a maintenance contract has been purchased for a certain period of time.
7.2 Browser Support: We support the current and prior major release of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari on a rolling basis. Each time a new version is released, we’ll begin supporting the update and stop supporting the third-oldest version.
7.3 When you purchase website hosting from us together with a Website Maintenance Package that includes support, Manillion Enterprise provides you with the following: help with using your website CMS, help with creating email accounts, information on how to set up emails on your computer, assistance with setting up emails on your computer, 24/7 monitoring of the web server, immediate attention to server problems when they occur, updates on maintenance progress if required.
